In a continued effort to improve customer service and increase client options, we now offer several new online services including online credit card payments and address changes.
Q: What is your address? A: Our main office location is as follows: For further contact information, click here. Q: Can I pay my bill with a credit card? A: Yes! We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover Card, and for greater convenience, you may now pay online.
Q: I am moving and I don't want to miss any issues. How do I change my address? A: Simple! You can go directly to our online form, email Jennifer West with "Address change" in the subject, or make changes directly on your invoice when you remit. Circulation changes should be made by Wednesday in order to be effective in the same week. Q: Are Clearing Up or California Energy Markets available on the web? A: No, but electronic delivery of timely Clearing Up and California Energy Markets weekly reports is now available: sent directly to you via email as an Adobe Acrobat® file, which you can read on screen or print out.
